This fabulous designer 'fashion' necklace, circa 1950-1960, will certainly add class to your necklace collection. It consists of a half-circle, black leather strap, 3/4" in width, to which is attached leather cords with gold-tone metal connectors and end-caps. This portion of the necklace measures 17" in length with a gold-tone link extender measuring an additional 4" in length and hook closure. The leather strap holds four silver-tone metal rosettes each containing a large, round, faux turquoise cabochon. Between the rosettes are groups of nine silver-tone metal clips which move freely on the leather strap. Wonderful vintage condition with no damages and original patina on the metal components. The piece is unmarked as to the creator. You will never find another, perhaps one-of-a-kind.
