This elegant art deco inspired brooch, circa 1950, is composed of two brilliant, obtuse triangle, blue sapphire crystals with beveled edges, prong-set in open back mountings. They are nestles among three curled leaves and wire stems. The brooch measures 2 1/4" in length, 1 3/4" in width and has a safety clasp mechanism. It is stamped "sterling" within one of the leaves. A timeless and outstanding design with nice patina.
