Guglielmo Cini founded the Cini Jewelry Company after immigrating to the United States from Florence, Italy, in 1922. The company was located in Boston until 1957, when it was moved to Laguna Beach, CA., until 1984.
This lovely sterling silver Cini brooch and an unique motif of different fruits forming the shape of a 'J'. The brooch measures 2 1/2" in length, 1 3/8" in width and has a safety clasp mechanism. It is faintly "Cini Sterling" with a rectangular cartouche. There are no damages and retains a nice patina.
