Set of 4 Cambridge Moonlight Blue "Caprice" Pattern Luncheon Plates - image 1 of 7

The Cambridge Glass Company was founded in 1901 in Cambridge, Ohio. During the 1920's and 1930's they were recognized as the largest manufacturer of elegant glassware. The Cambridge Glass Company ceased operations in 1958.

The very popular "Caprice" pattern #300 was introduced in 1936 and continued until the company closed. Made in various colors, Moonlight Blue, has always been sought after. This lovely set of 4 luncheon or large salad plates each measure 8 1/2" across. There are no cracks, chips or repairs; some utensil marks in the center of the plates.
