Dominique Aurientis, Parisian jewelry designer, created a stir with the announcement of her first collection in 1986, after earning her stripes at Christian Dior Couture Atelier. From Neiman Marcus, Saks and Bergdorf Goodman in America, her brand soon became an international success. Her collections are always innovative, refined and timeless in design.
This simple, yet elegant pair of clip earrings consist of a large circular form with an embossed design representing tree bark or perhaps the surface of a pineapple fruit. Superimposed on the base are two branches or large leaves. A plain raised outer band completes the piece. The earrings measure 1 7/8" across. Each are marked in a round cartouche "Dominique Aurientis - Paris". A lovely pair of designer earrings in near mint condition. These would look stunning anytime, anywhere.
