The International Silver Company was formed in 1898 by a large group of New England silversmiths, in a deal spearheaded by the Meriden Britannica Company, formerly Rogers Brothers, a major silver-plate producer. This beautiful Moselle pattern table spoon was introduced in 1906 and became one of their most popular and highly collectible designs. This table spoon measures 8 1/8" in length and has a heavily embossed handle of clusters of grapes and leaves. The handle is marked with the International Silver Company logo and "Pat. 4-10-06". The silver plate is in excellent condition with only minor marks from careful usage over the years.
