Antique French Elite Works Bawo & Dotter Limoges Salad Plates ~ 8 Pc Set

An oh so pretty set of 8 antique plates from the Bawo & Dotter's Elite Works porcelain factory in Limoges, France. Lovely pink roses, white flowers and small green leaf garland transfer decorated plates. Hand painted raised enamel highlights on the white florals. Brilliantly gilded relief molded beads at the scalloped rim.

Green underglaze whiteware factory porcelain mark for the Elite Bawo Dotter works which was used 1896 to 1920, and their red shield/St. Martial overglaze factory decorator mark which was used 1920 to 1932.

Wear is consistent with age and use. Two plates have a small flake chip each under their rims. Rubbing loss to gilt decoration, but otherwise very good condition. No cracks or other chips. Photos are provided as additional descriptors.
