The necklace consists of seventeen luscious flat-topped oval enameled pieces link together with a triple teardrop bracket. "Matisse" is scripted on the clasp of the necklace. The bracelet features nine ovals held together with double-sided triple teardrop brackets and is marked "Matisse" in script on the clasp. Unsigned, screw-back earrings mimic the features of the set. The applied plaque with script “Matisse” on the necklace indicates the set was produced before 1954.
Necklace measures 16 inches including extension chain. The enameled links are 1 inch long.
Clasp bracelet measures 7 inches long and 1-1/4th inches wide.
Screw-back dangling earrings measure 1-3/4th inches long by 1/4th of an inch wide.
The parure is in very good condition.
