This 19th century Papier-mâché snuff box measures 3-3/8" long and 1" high.
It is in fair condition. The hinges work fine, but there is no longer a super tight fit. There is one small piece of abalone shell missing in the lower left corner. There is a deep mar to the center front of the box, which I have tried to show in the last photo. The box still displays nicely.
