This large plate (10-1/4") has lovely soft colors and is very decorative.
It is impressed "CAULDON", with the hand painted pattern number " L 4168" and a workman's tally mark " t". Also a printed mark which reads: ??, then Cauldon England.
Condition: the plate is crazed, but not discolored. There is one nick to the glaze (only) on the edge. And there is a firing fault (a lump of frit) on the back. The plate does not ring when tapped. The plate displays nicely.
