This early black lacquer inro suite is well worn, but intact. It is lacquer with heavy wear to the gold decoration. There is with a natural wood netsuke and a 20 mm coral colored glass bead on the cord.
The inro is about 2-1/4" (5.6 cm) long and 1-3/4" (4.5 cm) wide. The wood netsuke is 2-1/2" wide (6.4 cm) and 1-5/8" (4 cm) wide. The compartments are easily opened.
