This beautiful Royal Crown Derby pattern features a raised and gilded grape and grape vine border, with a center spray of flowers. This is an 8-1/4" salad plate in excellent condition. There are no chips, no cracks, no crazing and no repairs. There is no wear to the gilding, and there are no utensil marks. It rings when tapped.
The Royal Crown Derby mark is printed in green on the back, along with the pattern name "Vine", and the British Registry date mark of 839130 for 1942. This is a discontinued pattern.
