Impressive, large Imari plate with a central stylized blue peach center. There are 3 red cartouches with what look to be an artichoke plant, and 3 cartouches with segmented landscapes.
The scalloped plate is 9-1/2" (24.2 cm) in diameter, and 1-9/16" (4 cm) deep.
The condition is excellent, with no chips, no cracks, and no repairs. The plate rings when tapped. There is very slight wear to some of the enamel decoration. There is a bit of frit on the inner circular border (see the last close-up photo). I date this plate c. 1910.
