The English buckle ring is a classic. We frequently see it worn as a wedding band. Rather than the plain gold wedding band, this adds a certain "pizzaz" to the finger. This buckle is fairly large--a size 9--which could fit a larger finger--possibly a man. However, it could be re-sized if necessary.
There is a hallmark, but it is worn and difficult to read. the interior has not been polished. Therefore, the marks give the appearance of damage to the shank. It is not damage at all. The only thing we could read were the initials "W.G.M."--possibly the maker.
The ring weighs 4.6 grams and is fitted with two 7 point cushion cut diamonds. It will always be a classic!!
