Here we have a petite version of an enamel flower representing a violet done in 14K gold. A tiny diamond of approximately .3 points centers the fine petals. A smaller lavender flower with a diamond center tops this lavender flower. Both flowers are suspended from an 18K chain.
The enamel work is exquisite and very realistic. The color ranges from a deep lavender that gradually become lighter toward the center of each petal. The larger flower measures ¾ inch by 5/8 inch. The smaller blossom is 3/8 inch in diameter. Together they form a pendant measuring 1 ½ inch in length. Alone the chain is 20 inches long.
Most likely American. In pristine condition.
