Big dark brown glass eyes ( sleeping mechanism that is stuck in open position), multi-stroke eyebrows and hand painted upper and lower lashes, open mouth with 4 porcelain teeth and a creamy bisque that Kestner dolls are so well known for with rosy cheeks. Her pate is original plaster and wig is a replacement that suits her well.
Original composition and wooden ball jointed body with age related wear and original finish, stamped in red Germany 1 1/4. Holds a pose well.
Dressed in a darling little red school girl dress, slip, antique shoes and socks. I call her Malia. That means serenity in the Hawaiian language and she has such a calm presence gazing up with her big brown eyes she looks like a Malia girl.
