This match safe features the image of a young girl surrounded by cattails and water lilies on one side, the reverse is plain with engraved initials. The bezel is marked "Sterling 925fine" plus the Unger Bros., Newark, NJ maker's mark. It was featured in Unger's 1901 and 1904 trade catalogs as item #8211. Its approximately 2 3/8 x 1 1/2 inches with a steel saw-tooth striker to the bottom. Excellent condition with a strong lid spring, has a few small dents to the back and hinge corner of the lid.
