Depression Glass Bowl in the Diamond Quilt pattern (sometimes known as "Flat Diamond") made by the Imperial Glass Company in the late 1920's and early 1930's.
The bowl measures 7" in diameter, 4" across the base and 2 1/4" tall.
The slightly flared shape with the flat diamond pattern is beautiful.
This dish comes from my grandparent's home and is in great condition. There are no chips, cracks or rough places along the rim. It is possible to discern some light scratches along the base, but nothing that detracts from its appearance.
The bowl looks ready to serve some strawberries or to hold some pot pourri.
A great addition for a collector of depression glass or any lover of beautiful things!
