Here's an elegant center or serving bowl for the holidays. It was made by Cambridge Glass in the early 1940's in the Caprice pattern. The silver overlay work was done by Silver City in Meridan, CT in the "Lily of the Valley" Pattern. The silver work is marked "Sterling". The bowl measures 4" high by 13" long by 9" wide. It's in excellent damage with no damage. I didn't see any wear on the silverware. It polished up nicely. It's a very pretty piece.
