A gorgeous early Kestner with beautiful creamy bisque and an original early ball jointed chunky toddler body. She has the much-loved 143 character face with wedgewood blue eyes that sleep, crisply molded features, and beautiful delicate painting of her face. Her brows have little fly away strokes and she has delicate eyelash strokes around her eyes, an outlined shaded coral pink open mouth with two square cut teeth, beautifully blushed cheeks and a dimple in her chin. Her coloring is divine. She is on an original body that looks so original you won't believe it! The body has a wonderful shiny original finish with very little, if any wear. Her hands and feet look almost like the day she came from the Kestner factory; there are tiny red definition lines around her fingernails and toes, and nearly no chips or scratches. On the back is a red Germany stamp with a 0. She is museum quality. Email me for more pictures.
She is marked C made in Germany 7. Her lovely face is the 143, but she is earlier than that marking. Her bisque is free of blemishes, hairlines, chips, or damage. The long ash blonde wig looks original. She is wearing an antique ecru silk dress and a matching silk jacket with a blue silk floral border. Underneath, she has original pantalets and a knit camisole. Her shoes are vintage brown leather with button straps at the ankles.
If you love the 143 face, here is your chance to have a cabinet size 14" doll in mint condition, beautifully dressed and with a gorgeous presence. Don't miss her!
