From the 30s, an original mohair Eduard Cramer Bearkin (Educa) in an original Tyrollean outfit. It is unusually large at 16" tall (Most Bearkins were 8" tall). He must have sat in a sunny window, as there is some fading of the mohair and outfit. Otherwise, he is in excellent condition, with about 60-65% mohair retention. He has glass eyes, and is firmly stuffed. He can self stand; the feet are board lined. Felt paw and foot pads have been replaced. The bearskin has inset shorter mohair on the muzzle and tops of feet, longer wavy mohair elsewhere. His outfit is teal and brown with a sweater and lederhosen.
If you give him a quick tilt, he will make a short growl.
Overall, he is a very cute bear loaded with charm.
