13" SFBJ Character 236 Toddler Boy in Original Suit

A wonderful 13 inch tall cabinet size SFBJ 236 Character boy toddler in excellent condition, known as the "Laughing Jumeau"
He has an original light brown curly mohair wig.
The toddler body is original and well strung with an SFBJ stamp.
The bisque head has been lighted and is free of any hairline or damage.
He is wearing an original sailor suit that looks like a designer Langereau, similar to some of the original
Bleuette clothes.
The head is marked SFBJ 236 Paris 4.
His character face has wonderful expression, a smile and an open-closed mouth with 2 teeth. His blue glass eyes sleep, but do not quite close all the way.
The outfit is a cream color 2 piece suit, consisting of pants and a sailor jacket with a wide navy blue collar that has cream braid trim. There is a "dicky" that ties around the neck in navy blue with cream color braid stripes. The jacket has a belt that fastened with 2 tiny buttons. He has vintage cream color shoes.
The SFBJ character children were created in the 1910-12 era to represent the little street children in Paris. The faces are so realistic.
