This great vintage brooch is not signed but I'm fairly certain it is a DeLizza and Elster design. It has 2 layers and all of the stones are prong set. The white stones have navettes and small balls and above that are flowers arranged with AB rhinestones. The brooch is 2" wide and in great condition.
