Fantastic set of Siamese Sterling cuff bracelet and earrings. Both cuff and earrings are highly decorated and detailed with intricate working. They don't make them like this anymore! Each piece is marked Siam Sterling. Thailand was called Siam until 1939, when it was changed to Thailand.
Thailand was renamed to Siam from 1946 to 1948, after which it again reverted to Thailand. So these pieces are either pre 1939, or from 1946-1948. They are in excellent vintage condition - just a tiny bend in a small part of the cuff which you can see in the photos. The cuff is 1-3/4" high, inner diameter is 2-1/2", opening is 1-1/4" but it is a little flexible. I have an average, maybe tending to larger wrist, and it slips on very easily. It is unusual to find the matching earrings like we have in this set. They weigh 86 grams combined!
