This thing startled me when I first found it in the garden of a house outside Philadelphia. No one knew anything about it except it had been there quite some time. We figure 1970’s and the Brutalist Style given the look and material choices..
People either love it or hate it. I have always loved it’s liquidity and presence. 96” tall and 40” wide and 24” deep give it just enough bulk to be really impressive. Condition wise it has no breaks in the fiberglass and my assumption has always been that the peeling paint is part of its charm. If it wasn’t designed this way it’s a mad happy accident
