Toothpick holder is Dew Drop No. 323 clear with Frances Decoration was produced by Hobbs, Brockunier & Co. Circa 1885. The tooth pick holder is approximately 2.37 inches tall and 1.62 inches in diameter. This piece does have a chip on the rim, and several of the hobnails do have chips along with the bottom and what looks like there is a manufactures defect, as show in the picture. This piece is great starter piece for the beginning collector or as a fill in for the seasoned collector until they find that perfect piece, and is priced accordingly.
