Limoges-Turgot produced this Beautiful Limited Edition decorative wall plate named Cecil et Raoul by Paul Durand circa 1980 – 1981. This plate is from Durand's Children's Collection. This plate is approximately 8.12 inches in diameter and is in excellent condition and was never displayed and number on this plate is BC 060 as shown. The owner kept it in the attic with others for safe keeping. This explains the wear and age to the Styrofoam container, and at one time the paperwork must of been exposed to moisture because the large flyer is stuck together and someone pulled part of it apart leaving part of it torn. The certificates are stained and wrinkled but not stuck together.
