Heavily painted cast iron horse.
Unsure about dating this one, but appears to be vintage/antique. Could not find one with a similar body type on the Internet. The feet and muscular body suggest a farm workhorse such as a Draft, Shire, or Clydesdale.
Measures: 5" tall foot to ears and 6.25" chest to tail.
Condition: Seams are prominent on legs though smooth and flat on face and back.
Bolt has been updated. Sticker on side -perhaps from a garage sale.
Iron inside looks like it held water in one half (it has a bit of rust dust). Other side appears black/brown in color.
Surface is smooth on body of horse and features are visible through paint. Looks to be dipped in paint and not brush applied. No paint on the inside. Two halves fit tightly together.
