An item out of shop or inventory as in a layaway for any length 0f time could have been sold. If an item has been in layaway over 2 weeks the initial down payment is not refundable although it can be applied to another item in the shop . Any item can be placed in layaway for 6 weeks or longer depending on the cost of the item. ASK ME IF MORE TIME IS NEEDED FOR LARGE PURCHASES FOR EXTENDED TIME with 1/3 down and the rest in equal payments for the remainder of the time allowed.If you should not be on time on your payments the payments received are non refundable All items must be returned in the same box as it was sent in with all the same wrapping box, etc must be returned the same manner of shipping it was sent by, example: priority mail with insurance, DHL or Fed Ex Item must be insured for return to me. I photograph all items before shipping so I have a copy of what is sent. and how it is sent .3 days policy.. must be returned in 3 days of receiving item,once I receive item back it will be inspected and at that time I will be in touch with customer as to refund . I know exactly when item was delivered as I have a signature policy, and know when the item was delivered and the exact time of signature. If you have faulted on layaway payments and items have been in the shop over 10 weeks there is no refund, I feel this is fair as the item could have been sold, You will loose all monies paid to item as well as the item.There is no deposit refunds on any layaways.

If you have altered an item in any way, it is not returnable. If you clean an item, replace stones, lengthen, shorten or resize any piece, polish silver items, perform ANY alterations at all ~ it is not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by the seller and must be received within 3-5 days after authorization is granted. Returns will not be accepted for items past this time period. I take a photo of all items sent on day they are prepared for shipping I keep these photos on file along with the original purchase order. so I know the condition if altered in any way there is no refund .
