Egyptian clamper bracelet in fabulous vintage condition! This is an original, official release, 1972 Thomas Fattorini scarab bangle from the UK's King Tut tour made in 1972 only for the British Museum. The Fattorini company was commissioned to create this piece, for the museum. These bracelets are highly collectable and very rare in this condition. The bracelet measures approx 8 inches around the outside and 2.5x2 inches inside diameter. The scarab is gorgeous and measures almost 2.5 inches from nose to tail and 1.5 inches across. inside measures 2 1/4 inches Scarab is simulated lapis lazuli and is attached securely to the bracelet top and center. The bracelet is thick solid gold plate over a base metal. This bracelet is very strong, full integrity and looks all but new. Only a few small spots where the bracelet has wear due to age at 42 years old! Bracelet is still perfectly shaped, closes tight and straight with original pin. Cannot see any age wear spots without close scrutiny. The enamel is completely intact and bright and colorful as the day it was created.
