This necklace was bought back in 1975 and represented the March on Birth Defects. It has a gold tone 24” chain and a pendant medallion that is 1 ¾” in diameter. On one side is the old March of Dimes logo with the male and female symbols and a small child in the center of the cobalt blue background. On the other side is the symbol of two hills with a sphere that had climbed one of the mountains and was on its way to conquer the second. The colors are blue and green.
