Copeland Spode cup and saucer decorated with birds and flowers in beautiful, bright blues, reds, pinks and orange. The name of the pattern is COBELIN. The inside of the cup is decorated with a blue bird with a yellow breast perched upon a limb, a single blue bouquet twice against a white ground. The lip of the cup is painted in a bright orange contrasting nicely against the blues, pinks and reds. This is a bute cup with a loop handle. The colors are bright and shiny without any wear.
Makers Mark used from 1940 - 1956 in a stamped green color.
