RETURNS/Damaged Items
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and want to return it please contact me within three (3) days of receipt of package. Please include all original packing material and item (in undamaged condition) and ship back in original box (if not destroyed) or new box(no envelopes). Refund will be made for the purchase price only minus
original shipping fee. We do not offer partial returns/refunds or exchanges.

If item is damaged when received, it must be shipped back within 3 days, for a full refund.

Once item is received and inspected, a refund will be administered via Paypal only within 3 business days.

We do accept cc via Paypal, we also accept checks. Checks must be received in the mail within 10 days of placing order. It must have the same billing name and address as the Ruby Lane order, it also must be for the exact amount as the order, no more no less. There have been many scams with personal and cashier checks involved lately, so this it to protect our shop and your purchased item.
If check is not received within 10-12 days after purchase, order is subject to cancellation.

Personal checks will have a waiting period of 21 business days after deposit (sometimes longer depending on the bank), before any purchased item will be shipped...once cleared, the item will then be shipped.
Please allow for these stipulations when ordering and paying via check.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

Buyers pay for actual shipping charges including insurance. Payment is expected within 24 hrs. We will combine shipping on multiple purchases and ship within 2 days of payment receipt. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: You will be responsible for all extra VAT/customs fees/charges that may occur, please be aware of what your country may charge in custom fees before ordering. LAYAWAY: We offer a 90 day payment plan after the first 25% down, with 25% due each month until paid in full, or at the end of 120 days...Item must be $250 or more in price. Once purchase is made, please email or include a message with your order that you want to Layaway the item, an invoice will be sent to your email within one business day via Paypal to collect the first installment of 25%. Invoices will then be sent each month via Paypal when next payment is due. You will have 10 days to complete payment of each installment. Your payments and receipts will be viewable in your Paypal account under our name. Once paid in full the item will be shipped within 1 business day. For returns see our return policy. NO Exchanges accepted. If payment is not received in a timely manner(within 10 days of invoice) order will be canceled and 50% of any money collected will be refunded via Paypal.
