The Cooking of Spain and Portugal by Peter S. Feibleman and the editors of Time Life Books, Copyright 1969, 1975. The book is in excellent condition, almost seems like it was never used. Great recipes, wonderful information and stories and lovely photographs. These books are a treasure.
