Armorlite Russell Food Equipment Creamer Restaurant Ware England

This is a pristine condition restaurant ware creamer in white with gold trim and Gold lettering of what appears to be AGS monogram or GSA monogram. I've researched quite a bit but am not able to determine who possibly used this creamer. It measures 3.5 inches tall by 3.5 inches spout to handle. The handle is unique in shape. The bottom marks are confusing. There is a maple leaf, the words Armorlite, Russell Food Equip., England, HEATH; this might denote Heath, England? and 5-75. I've seen only one other creamer like this with the same markings but it says Canada instead of England.
