This is a 7 inch salad plate by Tepco China and dates to the 1950's per Barbara Conroy's book on collectible restaurant ware. It's a red airbrush on white plate with logo for Elks Lodge 1996 in West Covina, California. The plate is 7 inch diameter and is in excellent condition with no utensil wear, no flaws. Would make a great gift for the collector in your life.
