Book has 256 recipes that represent outstanding inns, restaurants and hotels though out the United States. The Ford Times recipe cook books were and still are very popular and draws on 100's of restaurants across the U.S. of A. Editions were collectors items almost immediately after publication. This book is in excellent condition as is the dust jacket which I've wrapped in mylar. The book is super clean and has no flaws. The recipes are outstanding and some of these restaurants are world famous. Note: this books contains one of my favorite recipes for Crab Cakes; yum.
