The General Foods Kitchens Cookbook 1959, First Edition, First Printing, photographs by George Lazarnick, Drawings by Mary Bonin, Random House, mfg. U.S.A., 436 pages. This hardcover cook book is in clean, wonderful condition. The only flaw is a small tear on left top corner of book and some wear on covers as is to be expected by a cookbook that is 56 years old. The inside is super clean, no writing, no bent edges. Recipes include ice-cream cake, lots of cakes, cookies, jams, jellies, muffins, bbq, beef bourguignonne, fudge, beverages and so much more. Some favorites: Chocolate Almond Pie, Red Clam Sauce, Sea Food Boats, Cherry Cobbler, Skillet Cookies, Peach Melba and too much to list here.
