Simple, convenient, complete, it contains Peterson's famous system of bird identification which emphasizes the distinguishing characteristics of birds when seen at a distance. There are 40 pages of half-tone illustrations, 48 line cuts and six pages in full color. All birds are pictured, 240 pages.
The dust jacket has been price clipped and shows rubbing and wear. The book inside is in excellent condition. The outside fabric back board show measurements from 1" to 7", the front board shows a bird in flight.
