The Cake Cook Book by Lilith Rushing and Ruth Voss, copyright 1965, stated first edition, Chilton Company, 201 pages. This cookbook is in excellent clean condition and the book jacket is a little worn but has it's original price of $4.95 (I will wrap in mylar upon request). However, I did find one page with some ink writing (page 41, Dark Chocolate Angel Food Cake says "4/2003 easy to make".
