This is a vintage cook book booklet from March, 1947. It was prepared by the National Potato Chip Institute as a companion piece to the movie "Thank You Mr. Chips" the story of the first potato chips & how they are made. This book uses photographs, sketches and chatter for menu planning, table settings, how to serve crowds and recipes.
The book is clean but is loose on the top 2" of the spine. Has advertising for Morton Foods on the inside back page.
