This is a signed, first edition (stated) of "The Fisherman's Wharf Cook Book" by Morrison Wood, 244 pages. Published by Brown and Nourse. It's a collection of recipes from San Francisco's famous Fishermans Wharf. (Morrison Wood wrote a humorous cooking column during the 1940s and 50s titled “For Men Only” syndicated by The Chicago Daily Tribune). The book is in excellent condition; the boards are bright turquoise cloth. The binding is tight, the pages are clean & bright without any flaws. The dust jacket is a little chipped and worn but I have it wrapped in mylar for protection. It is not price clipped. Some recipes are from world-famous restaurants located at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco; many which are still doing business today.
