The book has never been used but the spine is loose so I've accounted for this in the very reduced price. The book has 118 pages and was published in conjunction with the Woodstock Historical Society. The "Then" in the title refers to recipes that go back to 1946. The "Now" refers to distinctive menus and savory recipes from a dozen inns and restaurants in the Woodstock area of New York. This book provides a tempting array of good food from traditional New England.
