On case serial number: 2259B.
The clock is entirely in golden bronze and is chiseled in mercury with highlighted lines. Neoclassical decoration with female figure, probably representing Knowledge, measurement tools, books and a column with sphere (probably masonic allegories).
Clock face surrounded by little roses in relief, with numeric index in enameled copper.
Below the clock face frieze of bookshelves and, in the center, an altar with censer.
The contemporary french clock engine is complete of recharging mechanism for the movement and for the tone of hours and half-hours. Anchor movement with pendulum and wire suspension.
Excellent conditions.
