Lovely and practical toleware tin with hinged top. Beautiful hand painted rosebuds on top with hand painted gold scalloped border. Oval in shape, it is useful for storing all sorts of items.
Very good antique condition, but the black paint on the front and on the back has come off and was repainted in antiquity. This repaint job is bubbling as shown in the pictures. There are six small dots of paint loss on the top. The hinge works perfectly. It is 3.5" high x 7" wide x 5" deep
