Fabulous Theodor Fahrner Art Deco pendant with a square purple blue chalcedony quartz, dark blue and turquoise colored enamel, and gilt 935 silver. An iconic example of Fahrner’s work, this piece, is covered with gilded corded wire in circles. There is a large decorated triangular form at the top of the pedant that is the bale. The central chalcedony is set with unique prongs that sparkle in the light. The colors are soft and perfectly matched. The colors in the pictures are very close to the actual colors. Excellent condition with only a slight bit of movement in the chalcedony. It is secure. It measures 1-7/8” high including the bail and 1-1/4” wide. The reverse is marked TF and 935.
There is a long chain used for display purposes only in the pictures. It is not included with this listing. It is a 23.75" long 14K white gold chain that complements the pendant beautifully and is currently in another listing in our shop.
