This is a beautiful George 111 London England sterling silver sugar sifter spoon which bears the lion passant, the crowned leopard's head, the date letter L for 1806 and the Sovereign's head. This piece is fabulous in design with deeply etched flowers and leaves. There are criss-crosses with dots at the bottom of the handle in the front, and an oval cartouche at the top with the monogram SB or SBI. The bowl maintains its original gold wash inside which is all intact. It is in excellent all original condition with crisp etching throughout.
It measures 6.75 inches in length with a 2 inch bowl diameter, and weighs 41 grams.
