This is a lovely child's wardrobe put out by Lebus Furniture in England. The company was started in the 1800's on the east end of London, at one time being known as the largest furniture manufacturer in the world. They ceased operation in 1969.
This is a very lightweight armoire, perfect for a child's room. It is only 64" tall, 30" wide and 17.5" deep. The wardrobe has 4 shelves and a hanging bar inside. The shelves are marked for hats, pyjamas, underwear and sundries. The outside finish has age appropriate wear with a chip in the wood on the top of one side and some peeling of a veneer around the bottom of the door. I've tried to show these in the pictures. There is no key for this piece. There is a tag at the top on the inside of the door identifying the manufacturer.
