This fish set dates to c. 1886 and hails from England. There are six knives and six forks overall. The handles are faux-ivory, while the blades are silver-plated. The silver is not designed upon, but, rather, let to speak for itself and to highlight the handle. The blade curves at its point and has some other curves on the non-sharp side. The wooden case has a white cloth backdrop for the set. This entire item would be used while eating fish at a wonderful banquet. A lovely gift for anyone who enjoys fine dining.
