This unique translucent orange bracelet comes from a Russian artist c. 1970. The artist took beetles and covered them with lucite to create this modern piece of jewelry. A light orange solid shade makes up the inside of the bracelet. The beetles surround that on the outside of the circle, which is then covered with lucite. The orange background resonates with the black/orange-spotted insects. They are perpendicular to the line of the bracelet. This piece of contemporary jewelry is a must-have for any sophisticated insect collector and would make a perfect accessory for Halloween.
